The new client portal website has been launched and the completely new system is proving a challenge to use for some of our clients. With this in mind we will visit any client who are having difficulty.
My son Gareth is used to working with the system so he will be accompanying me to train any clients up.
We will be prioritising theses difficulties before we resume normal services.
